We are currently seeking established stylists. We do not departmentalize, so all stylist must be colorist as well. At 1400 Downtown and New Albany we are exclusive Aveda color salons, previous experience with Aveda color and product line is preferred but not required. 1400 is a commission based only salon and we seek people who are self driven and passionate about their craft. If sitting around hoping someone comes in is your type of salon, then we are NOT the salon for you! At both 1400 locations we have a fun,upscale environment and focus on advanced education and self promotion throughout the year. 1400 is currently hiring assistants for the Downtown location. Must have graduated with a cosmetology licence by April 1st,2010. The assistant program last 14mos-18mos.
